Every listing on SriLankaX follows the same short flow, whatever you offer. This walkthrough uses a sample stay — “Waterfront Cozy Cabin” in Colombo — but the steps are identical for experiences, transport, wellness, dining and rentals.
Create your partner account
Go to List your property and sign up with your email. You’ll verify your address (check your inbox — and your spam folder — for the link), then land in your partner dashboard. Open Partners → Add listing to begin.
Choose a category & booking type
Pick the category that matches what you offer. Your choice automatically sets the booking type — the way guests reserve — so you don’t configure it by hand.
Add the details
Give your listing a clear, specific title, choose its region and area, and write a description that sells the experience.
Add photos
Drag in a few bright, honest photos. The first image becomes your cover, so make it your strongest. (More in Add great photos.)
JPEG, PNG or WebP
Set your price
Enter the price guests pay you. SriLankaX adds its small reservation fee on top — it never comes out of your price, and you receive the full listed amount directly from the guest at the destination.
Publish
Save and publish. Your listing appears in the storefront and is ready to receive reservations right away. You can edit, pause or remove it any time.
