Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work on SriLankaX.

The reservation fee

• If you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation, the reservation fee is fully refunded.
• After that 24-hour window, the reservation fee is non-refundable.

The underlying booking

The stay, experience or service itself is governed by the partner's own cancellation policy, which is shown on each listing. Please review it before you reserve, as terms vary by partner.

How refunds are issued

Eligible reservation-fee refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

No-shows

If you do not show up for a confirmed reservation, the reservation fee is non-refundable, and any partner charges follow the partner's own policy.

Partner-side cancellations

If a partner cancels a confirmed reservation, your reservation fee is refunded in full. Any additional arrangements are handled directly between you and the partner.
