Three settings shape how — and how often — you get booked.
Your price. Enter what you charge guests for your stay, experience or service.
The platform’s reservation fee is added on top and paid by the guest online; it never reduces your price. You collect the full listed amount directly from the guest at the destination. (See How payments work for the full flow.)
Availability. Keep your calendar or slots current so guests can only book what you can actually honour. Out-of-date availability is the most common cause of avoidable cancellations — a five-minute update saves a difficult conversation later.
Cancellation policy. Choose the policy shown on your listing (for example flexible, or something stricter). This governs the balance the guest owes you. Note that the platform’s reservation fee has its own rule, separate from yours: it’s fully refundable to the guest only within 24 hours of booking. Set expectations clearly in your description so there are no surprises.
