Everything you need to know about booking on SriLankaX — and how to reach us if something isn't right.

How booking works

You pay a small reservation fee online to secure your reservation. The balance is settled directly with your host at the destination. Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive the details by email, and your host gets everything they need to prepare for your visit.

Your confirmation

Keep the reference number from your confirmation page and email — it's the quickest way for us or your host to find your reservation. If a payment shows as "still processing", give it a moment and refresh, or check your email for the confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

• The reservation fee is fully refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of booking; after that it's non-refundable.
• The stay or experience itself follows your host's own cancellation policy, shown on the listing.
