Two things flow to SriLankaX: the guest’s reservation fee (paid by the guest, at checkout) and a small commission (paid by you, the partner). This article is about the second one.
How commission works. A small per-booking commission accrues as your reservations are confirmed. It’s gathered into statements you can review in Billing.
Paying a statement. Use Pay now to settle a statement online — by card (Stripe), PayHere or PayPal, whichever is offered.
The amount and currency are shown before you confirm.
Invoices & receipts. Every statement has a numbered invoice in the form COM-YYYY-######. Once a statement is paid, its invoice doubles as your receipt. Download the PDF from your Billing page any time — useful for your own bookkeeping and tax records.
